Jamie Colby
Colby is an anchor, National News Correspondent, and Anchor in Fox News. He has been with the company since July 2003. Prior to the move to FOX News Channel, Colby was a correspondent for CNN and served as anchor and reporter at CBS News and as fill-in anchor for CBS's Up to the Minute. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is a lawyer licensed to be a lawyer across New York, California, Florida and The District of Columbia. In 2002, she was awarded the Edward R.Murrow National Award for her work on the terrorist attacks on 9/11. In addition, she was awarded the Gracie Award for investigative journalism in 2000 as well as the Clarion Award by the Association for Women in Communications. Television Week also named her as a "Rising News Actor to Keep an Eye On". Aside from her journalism career, Colby, an attorney was in private practice for ten years. She began her law career by working with a Hollywood entertainment business that took her to The Tonight Show. At 22, she worked as a reporter for Johnny Carson during his contract renewal with NBC as well as during the divorce. Colby, an Fox Business reporter and host is reporting for Strange Inheritance since the beginning of January. The show covers unusual or quirky legacies that friends or families have left behind.
